Return / Exchange Policy
Cinema Shot does not accept returns / refunds on the following items:
- SSDs / Hard drives
- Items with timers having more that 120 mins of use
- Special Order Items
- Shipping Charges
If you are for any reason dissatisfied with your order, you can return it to Cinema Shot within 14 days of your receipt of the equipment. Before returning any merchandise, call a sales administrator in our Centennial, CO office or email firstname.lastname@example.org with your invoice number and reason for return. You will then receive a Return Authorization number for the return.
While Cinema Shot makes every effort to inform its customers of the details of the products we carry, it is ultimately the consumer’s responsibility to understand the specifications, capabilities and limitations of the products purchased. Failure on the consumer’s part to do so does not warrant a no-charge refund or exchange.
Unless defective, a minimum of 15% re-stocking fee will be charged on opened box products. Items can be returned or exchanged only if they are in original packaging and delivered to Cinema Shot in the same new condition as sold with literature, instructions and blank warranty cards intact. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tenured at the time of purchase. Please allow Cinema Shot 1-3 days to process refunds for returns.
Items can be returned to the Centennial, CO Cinema Shot location. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the original packaging. Doing so will result in a re-stocking fee charge. With the return shipment, please include a copy of the original invoice and a completed RA form. Please contact a Sales Administrator for your RA number and write it on the form.
Cinema Shot is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer’s equivalent model. Cinema Shot is not responsible for any consequential damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
RETURN / EXCHANGE REQUIREMENTS
Return Authorization required for any return. Your original receipt is required for all returns, exchanges and warranty repair services. For cash purchases over $250 and check purchases over $100, your refund will be issued by check from our main office in CO within 14 business days of the return.
If any of the above conditions are not met, Cinema Shot reserves the right to refuse the return.
No refunds or exchanges will be made on sales after fourteen (14) days of order receipt.
WARRANTIES AND WARRANTY REPAIRS
Most items sold by Cinema Shot are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. When the item has a manufacturer's warranty, and/or the warranty period has expired, calls for service or repairs should be referred directly to the manufacturer or their authorized service centers.
